My husband and I rely on Kyle for expert care for our three cats when we are away.  We have her come to our home once in themorning and once in the evening.  The cats and house are always in perfect shape when we return.  I would only use Professional Pet Nanny.  After more than thirty years of using kennels and pet sitters for current and previous pet, she is simply the best.  I trust her 100%. As usual, it was great. We even received photos of our cats while we were away so we could see they were happy and healthy.  The house was well taken care of, secure and it was nice to be greeted by happy cats upon our return. I use them for dog sitting when I go out of town for a trip.  I have used them about 5 or 6 times in the last year.  Price is per day, which includes 3 visits.  I have a dedicated pet nanny.  I have been very pleased with their service.  They take great care of my dogs.  They play twith them, walk them and make sure they have food and water.  If they notice there not eating, they put a little treat (like cheese) in their bowl to encourage them to eat.  She leaves detailed notes for me and does basic grooming as well.  I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend to others. Pet Sitting for two weekends.  All three of my dogs were well-loved and very well cared for.  We love "our" Pet Nanny and will continue to ask for her when we leave town!  Contacting the service was initially time-consuming and frustrating because the website ws confusing and not user-friendly.  Howevfer, all our contacts with Kathy, our nanny, have been direct and easy.   She has even been able to care for our pets with relatively short notice at times.  She is so sweet and absolutely wonderful with our dogs.  I am a worrier when it comes to our dogs, and I must say that I did not worry once knowing that they were in our Pet Nanny's excellent care. "They visited our kitties daily, making sure they had plenty of food and water, and that their litter boxes were regularly scooped.  In addition to this, our pet Nanny visited and played with our kitties.  She also got our mail, took an overview of our house inside & out to make sure everything was okay.  After her 1st visit, she left a message on our answering machine to reassure us that she was visiting & everything was okay.  We also take care of a feral colony, and our Pet Nanny also fed and watered them.  Finally she even watered our plants, inside & out. Kyle visited daily, and watered, scooped litter bosed, fed & gave attention to ourkitties.  She is terrific!  THis company's service is amazing!  They are professional yet friendly, and take extremely good care of our petsfor an very affordable rate.  Furthermore, with their service, someone visits our house everyday, making it looked lived in: a further plus. "We went away for a weekend. She took cae of our dog and cat at our house. The lady who ran the business, Kyle did a good job. Took pictures of the dog and playKyle was absolutely great.  My husband and I were searching for a pet sitter who was willing to come to our house twice a day to care for our tow cats.. We're new to the area and we've had pet sitters in the past (Washington, D.C.), but never anyone like Kyle.  She came to visit the cats and us twice before we left on our 2 1/2 week trip to Europe.  A cat toy and catnip were introduced while we fill Kyle's detailed questionaire.  The cats were intrigued with her. We told Kyle about our security system and the fact tat one of our cats is an escape artist.  She said not to worry, and she was 100% right.  I just cannot speak highly enough about our experience.  Kyle knew we were nervous about leaving our cats... she sent us digital photos and detailed emails.  Our house was in fantastic shape when we returned.  Kyle is totally organized and creative.  The kitchen was immmaculate upon our return She left us some human goodies too and cat toys. "We had a family emergency that required me to leave town immediately.  Our regular pet sitter was not available so I checked Angies's List for a reference and called Professional Pet Nanny, Inc.  based on their great reviews.  Kyle came overrand took OUTSTANDING care of my cat.  She does everything from water flowers, bring in mail, to feeding my cat, giving her water, cleaning the litterbox and taking care of medications/injuctions.  Kyle is suberb.  She gives me updates as to how things are going while I am gone.  She takes excellent care of my cat and my house.. I couldn't ask for a better Pet Sitter.

"I made a reservation for Dog Sitting/care for an elderly, deaf dog.  My Nanny came over 3 times per day and walked/fed/played with my dog., brought in mail, turned lights on/off to make it look like I as home.  I had never lft my dog in the house by himself and didn't know how it would be and because of the didication of the nanny and company to his needs, everything went fantastically.  They left messages and took care of all my/his needs. I am so pleased with the outcome, I am going tout of town again and have already made arrangements for them to take care of my dog again.  I will always call on them whenever I need to be out of town!  I just cna't say enough about them. "I was just out of town last week and Kyle was taking care of my two dogs, Igor and JD. Igor became ill and needed to be attended to. Kyle made arrangements for a vet to see him and then took him herself to the vet. She kept me updated the entire time I was gone. If it had not been for Kyle's attentiveness to detail I could have lost Igor while I was gone. He has since had surgery and seems to be doing fine. I owe this all to Kyle and PPN!
